2009-2010 Audit completed
Lion Don Weaver reported that the audit of the club financial records for Lions year 2009-2010 has been completed and that the records were accurate and in balance. He also wanted to thank Lion Treasurer Reg for his excellent record keeping and the work he does for the club as the treasurer.

New Roof on Lions building
Eagle Scout candidate Thomas Lippiard attended the meeting and reported that he completed his eagle scout project which was to put a new roof on the Lions Club building which was in desperate need of repairs. While replacing shingles it was discovered that some of the wood under the shingles was rotten and also needed replaced.  Thomas was able to secure new roofing material and replaced the bad sections He asked the club for financial support for the cost of the wood needed for the repairs.

Ladies Night
Lion Thomas C Jones is in charge of scheduling the Ladies night for this September.This year the event will be at Fishing Creek playhouse on Sunday September 26th @ 2:00 PM for The Music Man. Buffet time begins at 12:00 PM. The cost for dinner and the show is $45.00 per person. We would deduct our meal charge for a member going so member price is 37.00 and each additional guest is 45.00. A couple price would be $82.00.
Lion Tom wanted to know if you could look at your calendars and tell him if you would be interested in going.  If we cannot get 20 people to go the cost will go up a few dollars per person.
